About

Due to modified operations related to University guidelines addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, the office is not open to in-person service during our normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). However, we are available via phone or email during those times and are happy to help. To learn more about your SpartanCard, explore "Using Your SpartanCard".

New Students
Due to modified operations impacting available staffing, SpartanCards for new students will not be printed until students return in August.

Distance Learners
The production of your SpartanCards may be delayed due to modified operations in the same manner. Details related to this will be discussed with you during your confirmation appointment. If you are replacing a lost card, please be aware of the applicable service charge.

Current Students
Your card will be printed, on-demand, as you visit the SpartanCard Center for pickup when you return in August. If you are replacing a lost or damaged card, please be aware of the applicable service charge.

Faculty and Staff Members
Your card will be printed, on-demand, when you visit the SpartanCard Center for pickup during our current pickup schedule. As of June 1, those pickup times are 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and again 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. If you are replacing a lost or damaged card, please be aware of the applicable service charge. These pickup times are subject to change based on the conditions and decisions of the University.

We will endeavor to keep these times up-to-date but based on the constantly evolving nature of the current environment, we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about availability.
